We are pleased to inform you that a new Request for Work Inspection (RFWI) feature will be released and made available to
Novade Quality
users from
06 September 2021
. This feature will enable users to easily create, link, and monitor inspections through a single request. Currently, a mix of custom forms and workflows are being used by clients to implement request for inspection. The new process will streamline the setup and allow users to manage inspections separately from other types of forms.
With the new Request for Work Inspection feature, you can:
- Link several inspections to a single Request
- Create ready-to-use inspection forms automatically once the Request is approved
- Set the locations/units available for inspections
- Track the status of the inspection from the Request itself
- Complete the Request once all linked inspections are closed
