Early last year, we introduced a feature called Profile e-Signature.
With this feature, users are able to store their signatures and use it whenever they are required to affix their signature to a form, permits to work (PTWs), Inspections etc. The introduction of this feature has benefitted many customers in terms of user experience by eliminating the need to manually sign multiple times as well as improving the data synchronisation speed by up to 80%.
Based on the improvements in UX and speed that we have observed, we have rolled this feature out to our entire customer base. This update will go a long way in improving the way our users experience the Novade platform.
What is expected with this change:
- You will sign once and this signature will be associated with your user profile.
- You will no longer be required to sign multiple times in the app.
- Signatures can be updated at any time within the app. You can read more here.
