Yes! We offer a free version for up to 5 users and 5 projects. You can also try the Standard or Premium versions for up to 7 days free with no obligation to subscribe and no credit card required.

All Novade plans have no minimum user number requirement.

View Only users are free on Novade Free, Standard and Premium plans. They do not occupy a seat but they are limited to viewing data and adding comments.

To have access to the same project, all users need to be on the same plan. If you need to add free users to a paid plan, you can add View Only users who can only view data and add comments.

All major credit cards are accepted. For payment methods other than credit cards, please contact the Novade team.

If you have been paying for your subscription via credit card you can cancel your Novade Standard and Premium plan at any time and your plan will be cancelled at the next billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds to subscriptions.
For users who are paying using other methods or Novade Enterprise customers, please  contact us  if you are considering cancelling your subscription.

Novade Free, Standard and Premium is available in English, French & Bahasa Indonesia. Support for more languages is in the works. Please contact us if you have need for a particular language.
Novade Enterprise is available in English, French, Bahasa Indonesia, Traditional Chinese and Spanish.
