Novade Lite
– an easy-to-use app designed specifically for specialist contractors, trades, and home builders to coordinate jobsite activities and people. The mobile and web app offers a ‘lighter’ version of Novade’s existing Enterprise product which has powered the digital transformation of many of the world’s largest construction and development companies and adopted by more than 100,000 users in 20 countries. Specialist contractors perform specific activities such as civil work, concreting, plumbing, painting, electrical work or interior design and fitouts and are heavily reliant on manual processes, paper forms and spreadsheets. Making the announcement today, Denis Branthonne, CEO of Novade said, “Specialist contractors and home builders have unique workflows and many are looking for tools to improve efficiencies and generate economies of scale. Existing solutions are not fit for purpose and priced out of reach for most specialist contractors.” “We have taken the experience, tools and tech from our enterprise software and tailored it specifically to create an affordable solution to meet their functional requirements such as keeping track of projects progress, managing compliance and inspections and coordinating resources,” he said. Initial deployments indicate that Novade Lite can reduce supervision and travel costs by 20%, rework costs by 50% and quality administration costs by 80%.
