Novade App – Minimum Version Requirement

At Novade, we strive to make sure that we meet the most stringent security requirements. To meet these requirements, from March 8, 2023, we will no longer support versions of the Novade app that use older security protocols.

A result of this change will be that:

• Android users using a Novade app older than version 6.59 or
• iPhone users using a Novade app older than version 6.33

will be signed out of the Novade app on March 8, 2023, unless they upgrade to the latest version of the app available.

Please make sure that you and your team has upgraded your devices to the latest version of the Novade app before March 8, 2023.

Any users who have not upgraded will get automatically logged out and will lose any unsynced data.
